You might be saying, “yea, right” - I did. And no, it cannot happen by taking a majic pill, or going on a fad diet. If you are willing to have a positive attitude and be ready to work and sweat, it really can happen.

Because your metabolizm changes around age 40, there are habits you need to change, in order to loose fat and keep it off. There are also things you can to to boost your metabolism and increase your energy level. Combining the proper nutrition for your age along with exercise (yes, I said it - exercise!), is your key to sustaining weight loss, maintaining your fitness and living a longer, healthier life.

We all know that when we feel good, we look good and in turn, we look younger. Your state of mind has much to do with looking your age and that is something I have experienced it first hand. Just the exercise alone helped to boost my spirits enough that dieting was a much smaller issue than I originally thought it would be.

Reading books geared specifically towards my age made me realize that I was still “thinking I was a kid” in the way I approached my eating and exercising routine. Not being a fan of fad diets, or spending a fortune on ‘diet clubs’ and the like, I have always found that getting my hands on good material in the way of books or videos helps the most. No matter what, after a good read, I always benefit by becoming more informed than I was before. So, if you are looking for some good material, give Fit Over 40Â a try and you may end up looking and feeling better than ever.

If Baby Boomers can get botox and tummy tucks, then why don t companies receive facelifts to improve their image as well? The telephone is the lifeblood of any business. Use it respectfully. Don t leave your clients on-hold to listen to radio static or elevator music. With digital recording and delivery of sound files, professional production of on-hold advertising is both economical and necessary for a positive image. That s right it s imperative that the first impression a client receives of your business (even though they may never visit) is how they re treated on the telephone. How many times have you called a business to hear Thank you for calling ABC Dental Office please hold before you can get a word in edge-wise. In many cases , what they have on-hold is your first impression of that company.

Music Selection Should be Appealing

At the very least, make certain on-hold music is a decent selection, and that you have permission to broadcast the music to on-hold callers. After all the music chosen is a direct reflection of your business. If you don t get your licensed music from an On-Hold Message provider, you may obtain permission to play certain music on-hold from ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC, the three large performing rights organizations.

Develop Content That Sells Products and Services

Customers who are on-hold are essentially a captive audience. If you want on-hold time to turn into sales, consider hiring a professional producer to mix radio style commercials with licensed music. The copy should be specifically written to cross-sell your products and services. AT&T studies show that people will stay on-hold longer if they hear messages about your company during the waiting period. Do not rely on the please hold for personal assistance to your call, or thank you for your patience while on hold type of messages. I believe these type of messages hurt you more than help you.

Answer Repetitive Questions On-Hold

As you re on-hold spots are developed, remember this marketing strategy is a customer service tool as well as an advertising tool. Take the heat from your receptionist during busy call periods and answer those repetitive questions in on-hold spots.

On-Hold Advertising is Economical

Advertising sales are based on the number of impressions. If a business had one call placed on hold every ten minutes during an eight hour day 5 days per week, there would be 11,000 opportunities each year to market their business and services.

How to Evaluate an On- Hold Company

Make certain you get both male and female voice talent, and that the professional voice is pleasing. The studio you use should employ scriptwriters and offer a selection of licensed music to choose from. You choose the music from their library, not the on-hold company. You don t want the same stale music everyone else uses. In most cases all that is needed is an inexpensive off-the-shelf CD player.

Facts About On-Hold Advertising

Eighty percent of businesses have nothing on-hold, so businesses that do set up programs are on the cutting edge. Twelve percent of businesses do have a radio or CD tuned in while their customers are on-hold. Only 8% of businesses have on-hold programs,

The number of companies who use on-hold as a time to advertise are growing. That s because business owners are realizing there s no better way to impress a client who has never been to your office than a well designed, informative on-hold program. Remember in today s competitive market, image is everything. On-Hold advertising is one of the best facelifts a company could have.

Wrinkles are quite literally a sign of the times. They are caused by both genetic and environmental factors such as sunlight, make up, chemical ridden cosmetics, cigarette smoke, and other pollutants. But regardless of their cause, many women find their laugh lines to be no laughing matter. So what can we do to prevent and stall the skin damage that causes wrinkles, laugh lines, age spots, and other bothersome blemishes?

How Can I Prevent Wrinkles?

The best way to prevent wrinkles is to follow a regular skin care routine, and to adamantly protect your face from the detrimental effects of the sun. You need to cleanse your skin on a daily basis to remove the perspiration, debris, and pollutants that can buildup and damage your pores. And use a natural sunscreen (with a minimum SPF 15) to shield your face from the sun s damaging ultraviolet rays. Also, avoid smoking, alcohol, and caffeinated beverages that dehydrate the skin. Drink plenty of purified water to keep your skin supple, hydrated and healthy.

When Should I Start Using Anti-Wrinkle Creams?

You can start using anti-wrinkle creams before you even see a wrinkle appear. Eye creams in particular are effective at supporting the delicate area around the eyes and preventing or stalling the development of wrinkles. Many women (and men) start using anti wrinkle creams in their thirties. The skin s natural levels of collagen diminish with age and anti-wrinkle creams may offer a suitable replacement. These creams may be too heavy for younger, thicker skin, so you ll have to determine whether or not they re right for your skin type. I recommend using all-natural products, organically certified if possible.

How Can I Diminish Wrinkles?

There are numerous products and techniques available today to help you diminish the appearance of wrinkles. Herbal creams and vitamin supplements can be used to reduce the effects of aging on the skin. You must choose which product or method is best for you based on the number and severity of your wrinkles and the level at which they bother you.

Anti-Aging Products and Ingredients

Vitamin A: Vitamin A yields a slight inflammatory action on the skin. It can help to puff up the skin and diminish the depth of many wrinkles.

Vitamin C: This water-soluble vitamin helps to improve circulation and boost the production of collagen within the body. It has a brightening affect on skin that has become dull and dry with age.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps to protect skin from the damaging effect of free radicals. It also strengthens the immune system, improves circulation, and protects red blood cell membranes.

Coenzyme Q10: This powerful antioxidant is effective at protecting the skin from free radical damage and improving circulation throughout the body. Coenzyme Q10 can be found in oral vitamin supplements or as an ingredient in skin care creams.

Alpha Hydroxy Acids: AHA s or fruit acids help to slough off dead skin cells that can dull the skin s appearance.

Anti Aging Procedures

Botox: Botox or botulinum endotoxin-A can produce dramatic anti aging results, similar to surgery, without the devastating side effects. Botox is a neurotoxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It causes a slight paralysis of the muscles around the wrinkles. This can diminish the appearance of motion wrinkles, such as laugh lines and crow s feet. The procedure to have Botox injected under the skin can be quite costly and it s effects are only temporary, so it must be repeated several times throughout the year.

Dermabrasion: This is a procedure that utilizes microcrystals or other sanding equipment to scrape away facial skin around the affected area. It is a costly procedure that my actually require a recovery of several weeks.

Laser Resurfacing: Laser surgery is a technique that uses a controlled laser beam to remove the upper layer of damaged skin. It can visibly reduce the appearance of fine line and in come cases, deeper wrinkles. It is one of the most popular procedures in cosmetic surgery today. However, it is an invasive surgical procedure that also has risks such as excessive scarring, infection, loss of normal skin pigmentation, skin redness and dryness.

Chemical Peels: As frightening as it seems, chemical peels actually involve applying a chemical substance to your skin that burns off the damaged layers. The gentlest type of chemical peel available is the glycolic acid peel that removes dead skin cells from the upper layer of skin only. These treatments are quick and are often referred to as lunchtime peels, as they may only require ten to fifteen minutes in the doctor s office. However, the results of chemical peels are only temporary and the procedure must be repeated frequently.

Are the new Argireline Wrinkle Relaxing Creams as effective as Botox?

For many women, wrinkles and fine lines are the an unforgiving reminder of the ravages of time. Looking into the mirror and seeing a face filled with wrinkles, weathered skin, and fine lines can be psychologically difficult to deal with, but it’s all a part of getting older, right?

Well, yes and no. Of course, our skin will age as we grow older, but in this day and age we can take steps to reduce the appearance of aging and facial wrinkles. Recent surveys indicate that 70% of the female population over 35 will look for answers to their aging faces. Many will opt for plastic surgery, Botox or chemical peels. Countless others will search for youth in a jar in the form of a cream. Up until recently some of these so called wrinkle creams have gotten mixed reviews. While they may have offered quality moisturizing and protection from the elements their impact was not as great in eliminating or reducing the appearance of fine lines or wrinkles.

Wrinkle fighting breakthrough: Rejuvinol and Rejuvox with Argireline

Recently Argireline, a unique new peptide ingredient that reduces the degree of existing facial wrinkles and has been demonstrated to be effective against their development, has been added to the formulas of the newest dermaceutical wrinkle creams. The Argireline containing wrinkle creams in controlled studies have demonstrated that facial wrinkle depth can be reduced in the forehead and around the eyes. These results validate the prevention of apparent facial skin aging. Skin topographic analysis done on healthy women validates the biochemical mechanism of action for these Argireline containing creams. The physical results have been amazing.

Nancy, a youthful 42 year old administrative assistant from Pompano Beach, Florida used a popular AM/PM Argireline based skin care system for three months. The product Rejuvinol was used in the morning and the Rejuvox was used just before bedtime. These formulas contained 5% high grade Argireline with additional anti-aging ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and glycolic acid. I noticed a difference right away Nancy stated, My skin seemed to tighten up and by the second month the crows feet were dramatically diminished. I can t imagine stopping the use of these products.

Many of these Argireline based products can help people take years off their face, without resorting to Botox injections or costly chemical peels or face-lifts. Products like Rejuvinol and Rejuvox are setting the standard for future Argireline based skin care products. Argireline wrinkle relaxing creams are definitely worth a try. They may not have the impact of plastic surgery but the risk to reward ratio is much better. You can get a bad face lift or have an expressionless face with Botox while these new creams offer quality results without taking unnecessary risks.

Beyond that, some menus include exotic treatments auriculotherapy, herbal medicine, tui na massage and acupuncture, as well as the usual pampering treatments that go down so well.

As an illustration, here is a summary of the more common offerings:

Corrective Face Treatments

Non-surgical corrective facial treatments are designed to reduce common skin problems associated with aging skin, renew and rejuvenate the skin, balance the overall hue/tone of the skin and address mild acne issues.

Energetic Spa Facials

Energetic Spa Facials are a holistic way of caring for your skin and work effectively to nourish and maintain overall skin health and well being.

Photorejuvenation

Intense Pulsed Light technology corrects or improves a variety of skin conditions, such as rosacea, broken capillaries, unsightly veins, reddened scars and photoaging due to sun damage. The approach is gradual, with noticeable results achieved over several sessions. Treatment hs been compared to the sensation of a small rubber band gently snapping against the skin.

Botox

Wrinkles are caused by the contractions of underlying facial muscles every time you smile, laugh, or frown. Botox partially blocks the nerve impulses to them, causing the muscles to relax. After the solution takes effect, the overlying skin is smooth and unwrinkled while the untreated facial muscles still function normally.

Cellulite Therapy

This is a non-surgical treatment for cellulite, a little like massage. The treatment increases local circulation to tissue temporarily reducing the appearance of cellulite. This procedure is also used after body liposuction to the smooth the skin. A complete course of treatments generally involves two sessions per week for seven to nine weeks.

We all know that botox is fast becoming one of the most popular ways for people to get rid of those irritating fine lines and wrinkles that naturally go along with aging. It is also one of the leading reasons why so many people that you meet these days seems to look permanently surprised or unable to show any emotion in their faces. With that in mind; alternative methods for getting rid of those fine lines and wrinkles have been formulated that are safer and cheaper than botox as well. One of these alternatives is called StriVectin SD.

StriVectin-SD is a non invasive, safe, and effective means of doing the same thing as botox, but without all of the dangers. One of the biggest reasons why it is so safe is because it is not a solution that is compiled of poison like botox; but is based on Klein Becker s striadril complex in which striadril is the main active ingredient. Striadril is composed of patented pentapeptides and phyllanthus emblica fruit extracts. The key component of StriVectin SD is a wrinkle reducing ogliopeptide, which is also called Pal KTTKS. In the most basic terms, StriVectin SD is not composed of toxins and poisons like botox is, which is why it is considered by many as the safe alternative to botox .

When you use StriVectin-SD, you can avoid the painful recuperation period that goes with face lifts and chemical peels, and you don t have to inject it with painful needles like botox either. StriVectin D has already shown during clinical studies that it works faster than retinol creams and without the inflammation that retinol can cause for those who have sensitive skin. Basically, StriVectin SD is currently one of the safest and most effective ways for getting rid of those fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps you to reduce the appearance of stretch marks as well; which just proves that it is a great investment for two reasons instead of one. Can botox say the same?

Think about it; botox can cause droopy eyes, headaches, drooling (how attractive) flu, respiratory problems, and even temporary paralysis. Are you really willing to risk you health and appearance just for an expensive and temporary wrinkle solution? Why would you when there is a better solution that can give you a lifetime of wrinkle free days. StriVectin SD can take 10-15 years off of your appearance without surgery or paralysis. Knowing this; why would you ever consider causing yourself any personal harm, just so that you can get the same results as you do with StriVectin-SD?

If you want to find a safer treatment for getting rid of those fine lines and wrinkles that: has no dangerous side effects, works faster than retinol, gets rid of stretch marks, and is easy on the wallet as well, StriVectin-SD is the safest bet for you.

I guess you wouldn t think that radio frequency energy would be making waves in the beauty industry? But, it is. A device that uses RFE is being used in the Thermalcool procedure. If you don t know what Thermacool is, then you haven t had your ear to the station. Thermacool is the new non-surgical procedure that gives men and women a healthy alternative to surgical facelifts. The process tightens your skin by contracting the deep layers of skin. Thermacool is also known on the market as Thermalift and Thermage. Let s call it Thermacool because it sounds hip.

Two thumbs up! That s the rating The Food and Drug Administration is giving Thermacool. The FDA s approval is leading to the procedures widespread use. Doctors and their patients believe Thermcool irons out wrinkles and reduces sagging skin. The face is the best place to use Thermacool, however it is used on the neck and arms as well. It is a good treatment anywhere there is loose skin. Some folks are using it under the arms and to treat stretch marks on the abdomen and hips.

60-Year Old Lynn Shores had a treatment six months ago and is looking forward to having another one in about three more months. She says, I was looking twice my age! I had the procedure done because I wanted to look younger and prettier in my face. Shores began to see results about two months after having the treatment. She is among a growing number of people who believe the benefits of Thermacool far outweigh the risks. Thermacool may cause some discomfort but the risk of surgery, anesthesia and scarring are less than with surgical procedures. In fact, some people say the procedure really doesn t hurt that much at all.

So you may be wondering how does it work? It takes anywhere from thirty to forty five minutes to complete the Thermacool procedure. Most patients only need a topical anesthetic cream placed on the face. Your technician will do that about an hour before the treatment is scheduled to begin. Other people may need Valium or some other kind of oral sedative. I was just so jittery about having it done, says 35 year old Marc Thompson. I didn t know if it would improve my appearance or make it worst. I guess men are just not supposed to try these things, but I took my wife s recommendation. Thermacool is not any different from any other surgical procedure if you need a stronger sedative, you ll need an anesthesiologist to administer the dose.

As I mentioned, Thermacool uses radio frequency energy to apply heat under the epidermis or top layer of the skin. The heat is applied directly into the dermis layer. The dermis layer is right under the epidermis. I could feel a warming on my face. It felt unusual. I couldn t do anything but lay still, says Tonya Morgan.

You ll want to lay still too as the heat causes the tissue in the dermis layer to warm up. This controlled heating of deeper layers of skin and tissue causes the skin to contract and tighten. This is known as volumetric tissue heating. There is some pain every time there is a pulse, but a cooling spray brings some relief after each pulse.

The volumetric tissue heating causes the collagen underneath the skin tissue to contract and shrink. At the same time, the top layer of the skin is kept cool by cryogen cooling. Cryogen cooling keeps the temperature on the surface of the skin cool while the dermis tissues are heated up. The heating action causes two reactions. The first result is an increased thickness in the top layer of skin. It s the heating that actually causes works to reduce the wrinkles.

The second result is collagen remolding and the production of new collagen. The skin continues to tighten over time as the skin heals. You may be able to see a difference in your appearance immediately. However, it takes most people up to six months to see a difference. It is possible for the procedure to be repeated again after six months. You should let your technicians take before and after pictures to help you see any subtle changes.

Now, you re probably wondering whether Thermacool, Thermage and Thermalift are right for you. Patient s who live on a pacemaker cannot undergo the procedure; it s just too risky. You may want to pass on the procedure if your skin is really, really loose. Surgery may be your only hope. However, Thermacool works best in combination with laser treatments, Botox, resytlane, and collagen injections. Traditional eye, forehead and eyebrow surgeries also work well with Thermacool.

Research shows Thermacool works! If it didn t the FDA wouldn t have given it a nod. Patients wouldn t have issued a strong endorsement either. I ve never felt better about myself. I know most people would be afraid to try a procedure like this, but not me! I m all for looking younger and healthier. The best part is how good I feel about me, says Shores.

Maintaining a youthful appearance is a goal for many of us - both men and women alike - as the years pass by we look at ways of preventing the onset of inevitable signs of aging. Thanks to an established range of treatments offered by LINE BREAKER, specialist in the provision of non-surgical procedures you can prevent the visible signs of aging.

Founded by respected consultant surgeon, Mr Adrian Richards and Melanie Smith a specialist aesthetic nurse, the company is committed to preventing the visible signs of aging. The straightforward procedures, are in the form of Botox , Restylane and Juvederm injections and a range of skin peel products including Obagi Blue Peel and Glycolic Peel. Also included in the range of non-surgical procedures are Isolagen and IAL System.

Botox is highly effective at treating forehead lines, crow s feet and frown lines. The virtually pain free process involves injecting a tiny amount of Botox solution just under the skin, in sites on the area to be treated, using a very fine needle (the same type of needle that is used for premature babies). All in all, the treatment takes only 10 minutes, its effects last on average of four to six months and results can be expected in a little as fourteen days.

Botox treatment has been used successfully for over 20 years and is backed by extensive clinical trials, with over 1400 medical research papers showing it to be safe and effective. The treatment, which is administered by a highly trained medical practitioner, works by the botulinum toxins attaching themselves to nerve endings and blocking the signals that would normally tell your muscles to contract. This releases the muscles and allows the skin to repair deep wrinkles from the bottom up.

Restylane is a popular non-animal alternative to collagen replacement therapy and consists of a clear gel, which will smooth wrinkles and folds and give contours, as well as providing lip augmentation.

Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid in the form of viscoelastic gel, which is transparent and homogenous and has emerged as a compound for filling in wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid is a physiological constituent of dermal tissue which maintains local moisture content and is gradually reabsorbed with time.

Obagi Blue Peel is a procedure designed to significantly improve the appearance and health of your skin, as well as even out any pigmentary problems involving the face and other areas of the body suitable for men and women of any skin type and colour. It is ideal for anyone who wants to look better and reverse the appearance of the ageing process. Those who have blemish-prone skin, wrinkles, pigmentation problems, sun damage, or general poor skin quality will benefit the most.

Glycolic Peel is comprised of an all natural alpha hydroxy acid derived from sugar cane. Alpha Hydroxy acids occur naturally in certain fruits and foods. Of all the alpha hydroxy acids, Glycolic is the smallest in molecular size. This small molecular size allows it to penetrate the skin.

Treatment with Glycolic acid is gentler than chemical peels and is used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin of the face by removing its damaged outer layers. Rejuvenation treatment unlike any other available today.

IAL System is a long acting bio-revitalisation programme to recreate a youthful appearance by restoring elasticity, firmness and hydration of skin. As we age, the level of naturally occurring hyaluronic acid in our skin decreases considerably, leading to the appearance of ageing skin and the formation of lines and wrinkles. IAL stimulates the production of new collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, all vital components of younger looking skin.

Note to editors

Botulinum toxin A (Botox ) is a chemical produced by the Clostridium bacteria. Botox is a protein derivative of the toxin.

As many as one in 100 individuals across the UK suffer from severe excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis, according to the clinical paper Boni R. in Kreydon OP, Boni R, Burg G (eds); Hyperhidrosis and Botulinum Toxin in Dermatology. Many more people suffer from mild or moderate forms of the medical condition.

If you re one of those unlucky individuals afflicted with the embarrassing condition and are familiar with clammy handshake syndrome or underarm perspiration overload then don t get in a sweat about it! Thanks to an established treatment offered by SWEAT BREAKER, specialist in the provision of non-surgical procedures for excessive sweating, help is at hand to wipe out the problem.

Founded by respected consultant surgeon, Mr Adrian Richards, the company is committed to treating excessive sweating in localised areas including armpits, hands, feet, head and face. The straightforward procedure, in the form of Botox injections, is highly effective and will keep excessive sweating under control. The virtually pain free process involves injecting a tiny amount of Botox solution just under the skin, in approximately ten to 15 different sites, at 1cm intervals, using a very fine needle (the same type of needle that is used for premature babies). All in all, the treatment takes only 10 minutes, its effects last on average of seven months and results can be expected in a little as three days.

Botox treatment has been used successfully for over 20 years and is backed by extensive clinical trials, with over 1400 medical research papers showing it to be safe. The treatment, which is administered by a highly trained medical practitioner, works by blocking the action of nerves that supply the eccrine glands, preventing them from producing sweat.

Prior to the treatment, a dedicated team of highly trained staff will talk you through the procedure whilst a medical practitioner will assess you in order to ensure that you are a suitable candidate for the treatment.

Hyperhidrosis is a genetic condition which blights many people s lives and often has a profound effect on self esteem and confidence levels, commented Mr Adrian Richards, MSc, FRCS (Plas) Consultant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon. Traditionally, the only solutions available for excessive sweating have included strong antiperspirant deodorants, topical applications of aluminium chloride and, in severe cases, invasive and extensive surgery such as curettage involving scraping out the eccrine glands a mutilating, potentially dangerous and incredibly painful procedure with varying results. I am delighted to be in a position to offer sufferers a simple, safe, effective and proven non-surgical procedure that will eradicate the problems for months at a time.

Like it or not, we all have to sweat in order to maintain a regular body temperature. If your body is too hot, blood vessels dilate to let more blood reach the skin, where the blood cools. Then sweat glands produce more sweat, and that evaporates to cool the skin. But for many people, sweating doesn t just occur when the body overheats. Exercise, stressful situations, anxiety, even alcohol, or spicy food can trigger hyperhidrosis. In extreme cases, excessive sweating can occur regardless of an individual s situation or state-of-mind. What s more, concern over the condition breeds sweating.

So in future, don t work yourself up into a sweat about it. Opt for SWEAT BREAKER s tried and tested treatment for lasting results.

Rejuvenation and the Protein Revolution in Your Kitchen 2003 Marilyn Diamond

If you re like me, you want to see some serious rejuvenation when you look in the mirror. But you re not interested in Botox, chemical peels, micro-dermabrasion, lypo-suction, jaw and cheek implants and all the other pricey, temporary, somewhat invasive solutions.

If you re like me, I m sure you spend at least a few minutes everyday making sure you re getting your protein. Who isn t focused on protein these days?

There s a protein revolution going on. It s happening in the chic restaurants in Santa Monica, California, where diet revolutions take birth. Hollywood stars with the prettiest skin and most slender, taut-muscled bodies are into it. Celebrity chefs are racing to master it. And web commerce businesses that push it are thriving.

It s the rage in Boston, the buzz in Miami, and it s spreading like wildfire from San Diego to Wichita to Philadelphia, PA.

You may as well jump on the bandwagon. It s going to overtake everything else in the diet world in the months and years to come. Why wait?

Why not be the first in your group to look like you just came from one of those $25,000 health spa experiences that took twenty-five pounds and twenty-five years off your life?

If you re worn out from the struggle to lose those annoying bulges, this is your kind of revolution. If you want to go to the jean size you wore when you know you looked your best, now s the time.

All you have to do is eat sprouts for protein.

Sprouts for protein? Who ever heard of that?

It s not a fad, really. Before we had fire, we knew the value of sprouting grains, legumes and seeds. We knew instinctively that Nature had created them as potent nutritional bundles of health and energy. Without science at our disposal to tell us what we needed, we automatically germinated and sprouted these concentrated natural sources of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids. We built our bodies on them.

Hung up on protein?

Amino acids are proteins in their most digestible form. Pound for pound, lentils and other sprouted beans give you as much protein as red meat, chicken or fish, with none of the fat, cholesterol, hormones, anti-biotics, and dangerous rendered feed residues found in animal proteins today.

Not to mention the cost.

The lentils and other beans you sprout in your kitchen cost just pennies per pound. Think about this next time you pull $10.00 out your wallet for a small package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts or fish fillets.

Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to rejuvenate?

Just this month, try something different. Grow fresh protein in your kitchen.

Simply purchase a pound of red or green lentils or mung beans. You ll find them in packages in your supermarket or in bulk in your favorite natural food store.

Measure out about a cup and soak them overnight in a covered container. Drain them in your colander and rinse them well to be sure you washed off all the natural inhibitors that keep them from sprouting until you need them to sprout. Now leave them right in the colander, on your kitchen counter, spreading them out a little so they don t clump together.

And watch what happens.

In only a few hours to just about a day, lentils and mung beans will start to grow little tails. As they begin to sprout, rinse them occasionally, and you ll see a miniature, kitchen garden of tiny, power-packed, living plants. When the tails are just barely visible, place the sprouts in an airtight container and store them in your fridge. They ll continue to sprout more slowly.

If rejuvenating weight loss is your goal, this is the clean, fat-free, practically instantly-absorbed protein you want for a beautiful body.

Now once, or twice a day, if you re motivated, add your sprouts to your salad. I say twice a day, because, like me, you may love this revolutionary high-protein, power-packed meal so much, you ll occasionally want it that often.

Not only for the slenderizing protein, but also for the abundance of vitamins and minerals, in readily available, economical form.

Here s how I make one of my REVOLUTIONARY HIGH PROTEIN SALADS:

I mix my dressing directly into a large salad bowl, using twice as much fine quality olive oil as lemon juice, and adding some coarse Celtic sea salt, whisking this mixture into a creamy slenderizing dressing.

Now I add plenty of ripe, sliced tomatoes and some chopped basil, mint and thyme. The tomatoes and herbs macerate while I prepare the rest of the salad. I finely chop my favorite greens baby spinach, mesclun, baby lettuces, romaine, butter or Boston lettuce, so they absorb lots of the dressing. I thin-slice unpeeled cucumbers and radishes. They add the silicon and sulfur I need for healthy hair, skin and nails. Sometimes, I toss in lots of oil cured olives, high in protein and fatty acids, and low in salt.

Time to add the sprouts from my kitchen harvest, about to one cup per person.

Time to toss and toss to insure my REVOLUTIONARY HIGH PROTEIN SALAD is really well blended and combined. It should be like a live chop suey. I serve an ample portion, and eat it slowly, chewing well to appreciate the textures and flavors of living protein for my living body.

Are you sick and tired of how the years take their toll on your health? Are you bored and frustrated with all the confusing and contradictory diet fads and trends? Would you enjoy having so much energy you practically never run out? How about having the confidence to know each time you sit down to the dinner table that you re preventing, rather than causing disease?

You can watch the pounds and decades literally melt from your body.

You can take a vacation from high fat and high cholesterol foods for protein, and avoid the dangerous microbes these contaminated food sources carry.

You can do it.

Thousands of people are already experiencing these results and benefits. The revolution is happening all around you.

Why wait to be a part of this positive, growing trend?
